Brenda & Evelyn have groomed our 3 dogs for the last few years. Now that we've moved to the Jackson area, we are looking for a new groomer and haven't found any that come close to the quality we used to get in Sparta. Brenda & Evelyn always took such good care of Paws, Hailey and Hershey. We really miss you guys and wish you well!

I have taken my Golden Retriever, Zoe to AAA twice now. Jackie does an amazing job and it's nice to know that she is not sitting in a cage the whole time. I will reccomend them to everyone I know.

I would like to thank Brenda and Evelyn for being such compassionate pet lovers. We took in a friends dog in May 2009, he was 13 years old when we got him and it was wonderful to take a senior citizen to a groomer that understood his age and conditions. Our 14 year old, Conrad, passed away in August and we thought we would never ever get over it. He showed us so much love in the short time we had him. Thank you Brenda also for showing us that we can move on and help other dogs and cats. We now have a new adolescent in our home. He is a handful and there is never a dull moment. As a family, we are thrilled to have him help us through this. He does get called Conrad by mistake once in awhile, since it hasn't been long, but Max is going to be with us for the rest of his life..and thanks Brenda for doing such a great haircut on him before his "surgery":)

I would/will recommend AAA to all my pet loving friends and family. Brenda does such a GREAT job. Some people just have a natural gift for certain things, Brenda found hers. You can truley feel the care she gives the pets that she grooms/cares for. **I can honestly say; this is one of VERY few comments that I have left for anything. Normally you have a service, a meal, or whatever it may be and there are comment cards to fill out. I never do! Brenda was very desering of the recognition! Thank you!

My kitty had been kicked out of 2 or 3 groomer because of her being grumpy. Then we had found Brenda and she was wonderful with my miss kitty. She can cut her hair and miss kitty loves Brenda and also i can't forget her husband came in while she was cutting miss kitty and miss kitty fell in love with her husband too. she laid her head right in his hand.She is the most wonderful groomer you will find.!!!!!!

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy bringing Rembrandt in to get groomed. He is a shy dog as you know and you always do such a good job with him, he doesn't like to be away from me and you always help him settle down. Thank You.
Evelyn, you guys were terrific. To work around my schedule was the ultimate. It is hard to find a groomer who works on the weekends. My husband and I work full time and we can’t get Buster to anyone without a lot of hassle. We were very pleased with your services, Buster looks like a Cock-A-Poo again instead of a fuzzy, furry, ball and plan on scheduling him for his next appointment with you. I will be sure to checkout your website for some deals.

My father and I faithfully go to AAA Pet grooming. We've always been extremely satisfied with how our dogs turn out. I bring my boston terrier female, and my top poodle male, and he brings his airedale male, and his yellow lab female, and the dogs just love Evelyn and Brenda! They're both extremely friendly, and kind, and very knowledgable in what they do. They have an absolute gift in working with animals! From little trims to summer buzz downs, or even little nail grind apmts. I always go to AAA because they go above and beyond to make your fur babies gorgeous and clean. I've gone to chain pet store groomers, and a couple of other businesses, (disappointed w/ all) and AAA is the best we've ever gone to. I'm a customer for life!

AAA WE MISS YOU!!! My dog Goerge and his brother Rocky have went to AAA since they were puppies and needed thier first haircut! My husband is in The US Army and we had to leave Michigan to come to warm and sunny El Paso Tx and we miss AAA!!! Rocky (my mothers dog) still goes to AAA but we are down here and just tried our second groomer and did not like it. I don't know if it was because we were so spoiled with AAA but we can't find anyone as good and caring as them! The hunt continues and it looks like who ever we go to next has some pretty big shoes to fill!

I use to live in Kent City, and now I live in Traverse City, well my sister started bring in her dog billy to you and I seen what a wonderful job you did on him, So one weekend when I came down state to vist she called and got my tasha in. Well to make a long story short when ever I come down state I make sure to call and get my tasha in for a hair cut!! You do such a wonderful job I can't thank you enough!!!

Hey, just wanted to let you ladies know that you did a great job !!
Woody (the cat) suffered no mental trauma. He had no issues finding his food dish and doing what we call the "stop, drop and roll" for pets when we walked in the door.
As far as Bedrock (the golden) I forgot what a handsome young(?) man he is. You did an excellent trim job on his feathers and his coat feels great ! We'll only have to work on getting his nails shorter.
Other than that, we will most certainly be back !
P.S. The report cards were a cute idea and the patriotic bandana was a nice touch.

AAA Pet Grooming Staff, I would like to thank you for the time and thought you gave to our family!! About 2 weeks ago our sheltie Emmie passed. She was with us for 15 years. We miss her and so does our springer spaniel Tege. Leigh Ann groomed both of them about a month back. She took the last picture of Emmie along with Tege. I e-mailed AAA Pet Grooming to see if they could forward a picture of her for my 2 daughters. Not only did we get the photo but a card was sent to our family. This also started a "In memory of" page. Again I "THANK YOU" and will let others know the professional care and the thoughtful staff you employ.

I had a very bad experience with my dog at another grooming business last spring. I was very nervous and apprehensive, therefore, bringing my dog to AAA after what I had been through and Leigh Ann Gray worked on my dog. Her compassion, enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism for what she does make her a star in my book, virtues that are absolutely second to none; she is an angel from heaven. My dog and my two cats absolutely love her. I would never take my animals anywhere else. When I pick up my Doobie, Missy or Ebony from AAA Pet Grooming my heart could just melt. My pets look beautiful and they are happy and completely satisfied!!! I cannot say enough to tell everyone out there that this is the only place to bring your beloved pets!! Just look at all the beautiful work AAA has done on all the adorable animals in the pet photo gallery. That is proof enough. These people love what they do and it shows right down to every single pet who comes here and their owners. After I pick up Doobie I take him everywhere I can think of to show him off, he knows he looks good and I receive a lot of compliments. "I just have to write a quick note to let everyone know about my great experience at AAA Grooming! I brought my 15 month old Goldendoodle, Lola, in for a grooming. She had some matting around and on her tail that I was worried about, but thanks to the excellent groomer she managed to remove them without sacrificing her beautiful fluffy hair. What a showgirl Lola is now! Also, Lola is a nervous pup and the groomer really made her first time grooming experience a positive one and put her at ease with gentle hands and experience. Thanks AAA Grooming, I will be bringing Lola back again and also my other dog and referring you to everyone I know!"
